Case Studies.
Case Study 1:
Client was charged at Hamilton Sheriff Court with dangerous driving and also being under the influence of drugs.
We were able to prove that the alleged drug which was nitrous oxide result side was incorrect. The crowm had to except that the client wasn’t impaired.Accordingly a not guilty was accepted .
He pled guilty to careless driving and got 4 points and a fine.
Case Study 2:
Client was a young person who was arrested for drink-driving. They were four time over the legal limit?
We pled guilty to the charge and they were disqualified for 16 months. They were allowed to attend a drink, driving awareness course which took four months off the disqualification. They were also fined.This was a good result .
